HOW TO ORDER

*Unfortunately, due to the falling value of the dollar prices in dollars may be a bit higher at the time of your order. I will give a firm price when I send the shipping costs.

  1. Select the work you want.
  2. Send an e-mail message requesting the work you have selected. Refer to the title of the piece and specify the wood and size. Please provide me with your city (with postal code) and country for estimating shipping costs.
  3. I will immediately confirm availability and provide information about shipping costs to your address. Packing charges are included in the quoted price but not shipping.
  4. Send a second e-mail confirming the order. I will ship immediately.
  5. I will ship:
    a. In Europe I will ship goods immediately on receipt of a second message from you confirming the order. I will ship by UPS, collect on delivery
    b. To North America I can also ship UPS, five day service or by regular post. Regular post is less expensive. By post I require pre-payment, for goods and shipping, by BANK DRAFT, CASHIER’S CHECK or AMERICAN EXPRESS MONEY ORDER. I will ship immediately upon receipt of your prepayment. After I receive the e-mail order from you requesting certain items (Item 4 above) I will hold the items ordered for three weeks while your payment crosses the Atlantic. Your order by airmail will normally arrive in two weeks. If I ship by surface mail it will be much less expensive but will take about eight weeks. (I am sorry, from my research payment services like PayPal are too subject to fraud and therefore not suitable.)

WARNING FOR US DOLLAR CUSTOMERS

The dollar has been declining rapidly relative to nearly all world currencies. My basic prices are set in Czech Crowns. The quoted dollar price is based on the exchange rate at the end of 2007. I reserve the right to modify dollar prices if the exchange rate continues to decline.

HOW TO ORDER, in the Czech Republic

  4. I will ship immediately by the postal service with payment by postal money order, on receipt of the package at your post office.
